We buy and hold multifamily and hospitality properties in Waukesha or Milwaukee County. We focus on properties that generate at least $24,000 in annual Net Operating Income (NOI) to ensure reliable cash flow and solid performance. Our goal is to return capital to investors and lenders within 1-2 years, helping them recover their investment quickly. At exit, we target a 5x or higher equity multiple, creating value and delivering strong long-term returns for our partners.
